Sang joined CBB in 2001, and has since worked on lighting design projects of almost every type master plans, hotels, museums, corporate towers, office interiors, research facilities, university campuses and landscapes/exteriors. Bringing a unique combination of artistic talent and technical acuity to his project work, Sang is a leading design team member in many high-profile CBB projects. A Lumen Citation for an innovative office interior in Manhattan recently crowned his list of achievements. |

For Sang, lighting is one of most important elements in architectural design because it can transform human experience of built space and form. When light illuminates shapes, then shapes have emotional power.
Sang graduated from Chung-Ang University in Korea with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture. He went on to focus his studies at Parsons School of Design, where he completed a Masters Degree in Lighting Design. |
